Employment/Human Resources Overview
Employment activities and all other personnel functions at the Research Foundation are provided through the services of the Human Resources team. The Human Resource team members serve all Research Foundation employees, Principal Investigators, and Project Directors as advisors on human resource issues, personnel policies and procedures, compensation and benefits programs, and employee relations counseling. The Research Foundation Board of Trustees establishes the Foundation's Human Resources Management Policy. The Foundation Executive Director and Human Resources Director develop and apply appropriate rules, regulations and operating procedures to implement the provisions and intent of the Human Resources Management Policy.
